To better meet your daily needs and reality, MDM Monacoh has developed connections that facilitate communication and information sharing, known as MDM Flex connectors. Thanks to this flexibility, new features are integrated into your software. Find the complete list below.

List of MDM Flex Connectors

CFO

  • Available for: TRT Producer

  • The interface with CFO is purely web-based, with no physical interface. Their software sends a request to TRT, which responds by returning the requested data, allowing them to generate their reports within their software. In other words, this switch enables companies (for which the switch is activated) to receive requests from CFO when these companies have established their intent to interface with CFO. “Intending to interface” is a process initiated through a request between CFO and the respective company. If a company wishes to allow CFO to access its data, it must notify us so that we can activate the switch.

Cohtaxion

  • Available for: Mercantour

  • Specifically designed to meet the unique needs of tour operators and travel agencies, with features such as customized quotes, precise tax ratio management, automated operations, and an integrated billing system. Find out more

Exagohn

  • Available for: Mercantour

  • Designed for wholesalers. The module integrated into Mercantour's tourism software allows you to centralize all the information necessary for the success of your business.   • Allows simplified booking management and optimized communications with your suppliers! Learn more

Expense Account Import

  • Available for: TRT Producer

  • The expense account import tool is designed to simplify and automate expense management. Instead of manually entering each expense by supplier, you can directly import an expense account report in .xlsx format into the system, saving significant time and reducing the risk of errors. 
    By simply uploading your expense report, you get a centralized and organized overview of costs associated with each supplier.
    After the import, all that remains is to validate and adjust the entries if necessary.     
    This feature streamlines the accounting process and facilitates expense tracking while enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial data processing.

Manulife

  • Available for: TRT Agent

  • From a client file, the agent can add a Reliable insurance product. The API allows you to consult the various Reliable offers directly from TRT and proceed with the booking. Once booked, the essential information (confirmation, description) is transferred directly to the client file. Please note: the travel agency must have a prior agreement with the insurance company.

Nethris Payroll

  • Available for: TRT Producer , TRT Agent , TRT SME , TRTO (starting from V14)

  • The Nethris Payroll connector allows Nethris users to import payroll data into TRT. The client must first export payroll data from Nethris and then format the file according to TRT’s import requirements.Once imported, a general entry will be created based on the description. It is important to note that these payroll entries will not appear in the payroll report, as they are considered general entries. For more information, please refer to our user manual.

  • Available for: TRT Agent

  • From a client file, the agent can add a Reliable insurance product. The API allows you to consult the various Reliable offers directly from TRT and proceed with the booking. Emailing tax statements

  • Available for: TRT Producer , TRT Agent , TRT SME , TRTO

  • Our fully managed TRT email tax slip tool makes distributing tax slips to employees easier and more secure. Instead of going through the mail, tax slips can now be sent electronically to employees who provide their consent. The tool generates a tax slip in secure PDF format, accessible only through the employee's SSN or tax number, ensuring confidentiality. Once sent, a detailed report is generated for complete and accurate tracking, making it easy to verify which slips have been sent. This feature allows for faster and more efficient management of tax document distribution, while meeting required security and confidentiality standards. Learn more.

SETPAD

  • Available for: TRT Producer

  • Payroll management becomes faster and more efficient by importing payroll from Setpad PRO. Users of the Setpad PRO version can first export their timesheets as a JSON file. This file is then imported into TRT's payroll journal, where the employee list is automatically identified, offering the option to select all or only certain employees. For each selected employee, TRT generates individual payrolls with their associated union sheet, thus avoiding manual entry and optimizing processing time. The user can validate and adjust payrolls as needed, ensuring data accuracy while simplifying the overall payroll process.
